Comments: I just finished going through the website and it is great. I've been waiting for something like this. Drazen was my favorite athlete ever. I looked up to him and devotedly watched every Nets game not for the team but to watch Drazen perform. He is without a doubt the greatest shooter of all time, and changed the NBA in showing that foreign players can play too. It's terrible that we will never be able to see him play again but at least this will help to keep the memories alive. Jason Schatz

But Croatia didnīt only have Drazen they have a lot of other players. Well that brings me to my question: where Stojko Vrankovic go to play next season. Comments:Hello, As a big Drazen-fan I thank you for the nice site. Drazen was a great player (I think he didn't play the game, HE WAS THE GAME!) but he was also a great person that really deserves this honour. Altough he was a big star he still made time for his fans. A few months before the tragical accident I received some signed pictures of him. They are a proof of his respect for his fans. Comments: This has to be one of, if not, the best web site - a job well done! A real must for all lovers of great basketball players of all time which undoubtably, Drazen Petrovic was one of them. Comments:Like everyone else who watched him play, I thought he was a great player and was deeply saddened to learn of his death. I have nothing but great memories of him smiling while on the court and competing to the fullest everytime out. He will be remembered forever and his legacy lives on.

Comments: Like everyone else that has taken the time to read through this website, I, too, was one of the biggest Petro fans around. It was he that brougt myself to follow basketball and the Nets. I still love the Nets, but the team on the court will never be the same without #3 pumping his fists and hitting shots off screens that everyone else dreams about. One pet peave about this website, Drazen was mad about the Nets inept negotiating, but that was a front. Petro was a Net for life; there was no way he was leaving, especially for the Knicks which was what you implied. But besides that this gets an A. I think we will all remmeber June 7 with sadness. His emotion was what drew all of us to like him. It was almost like you can't root against a guy with such work ethic, with such emotions, and with such love for the sport of basketball.

I was such a huge fan of Draz when he played in New Jersey for the Nets. i think the great thing you mentioned about Draz was his dedication and love for basketball. It was so obvious when he played. Comments:I just wanna give you my greetings for your work with the Drazen Petrovic pages. I have always been a great fan of Amadeus from the starting of his carrer till the die. I have some VHS tape with his games and sometimes i watch it thinking that a so wonderfull player never comes again. Comments: Drazen was one those players who teaches you to love this game. When he played for Cibona, he was hated here in Madrid, because it was almost imposible to win his team. When he came here, to play for Real Madrid, he was loved. It wasnīt easy to change the opinion about him so quickly, but he had something special, not only playing basketball but as a person. He had something magic. Magic, Magic Johnson was his fauvorite player, and some of his assists reminded me to Magicīs. I went to live to the United States when he played his last year for the Nets, and even thought it was unfair his absence from the All Star Game (as a player), it was a pleasure to follow closer his exhibitions. I will never forget some games he played, and fourtunately I could attend to some of them. Congratulations for this page. One more thing: Forįa Joventut Badalona.
